I am so sorry that I’ve not written anything in over a month. I have no excuse other than things have been pretty hectic.
OK, so now I’ve broken the tension, HI! How on earth are you?
I feel like we have a lot to catch up on.
I’m afraid I don’t have anything exciting to tell you. It’s all been pretty much work, work, work.
As I’ve neglected you for too long, I’d really love to get your input. So…

For the last 16 months, this blog has very much been a sort of summarised version of my ‘story’ to get fit and look at natural ways to get my PCOS under control. I’m not sure how much of it has been helpful/informative/boring….but I’d really love to start to get your input on the sort of thing you’d like to see on here.
For instance, would you like to see a topic you’ve suggested discussed, or are there specific symptoms that you don’t know much about? Maybe you’re wondering if certain products help to cover acne (this is a definite yes from me!), or what are the best foods to eat to help the related symptoms of PCOS. Whatever it is, I’d really love you to be involved.
