Thursday 13th February – Hormones, chocolate and mini meltdowns

Evening everyone!

So although I’m on a total hormonal rollercoaster tonight, I’m making this a fairly lighthearted post, because sometimes it’s just good to laugh! Hell it’s pretty much needed most of the time, and I don’t think we do it enough! So let the fun commence…

This has been me for the past few days:

You know what I mean ladies. It happens to the best of us.

But I’m currently in a lull of semi manic chocolate satiety!

I won’t lie, it was needed. And I mean needed! I could have quite easily caused physical pain to anyone who tried to get in the way of my chocolate fix. It’s bad enough I can’t have carbs, but take away the cocoa and we are going to have problems. It’s non negotiable! 
So my skin has pretty much decided that the latest fashion statement is a nice cluster of angry, red spots just under my jawline. Nice! I have tried every product I own, and let me tell you that is an expensive collection, but nothing has worked. I’m at the point of giving up and accepting that this is going to keep happening, for the foreseeable. 
I would actually really love to hear from you with any comments/suggestions you have on this topic. Are there any products you have used that you now swear by to beat the ugly buggers?

I know it’s hormone related as my diet is healthy, as you all know, so the only cause can be that. So I’m making this plea for your input please!
