Monday 23rd December – Finally back to training

OH MY GOD!!!!! I finally trained today, for the first time in nearly 3 weeks, and even though it was a supposedly ‘light’ session, it was hard! 

Chris made it fun, as always, but I could really feel the difference of not training for so long. Here’s what we did:

Superset
Incline Press: 5 sets with 5kgs

Supinated Pulldowns: 1 set @ 40kg, 4 sets @ 45kg


Superset
Leg Press: 1 set @ 40kg, 4 sets @ 50kgs

Sumo Squat: 1 set with no weight, 4 sets with 8.5kg kettlebell


Boxing combo crazy blitz – that IS the official name for it! 


The sumo squats were HARD!! 


I can tell now that I am going to suffer for the next few days!
