Monday 7th October – Training is the ONLY therapy

I think I am destined to be the female Rocky! I am becoming seriously addicted to boxing. It’s the only time I feel good, when I’m hitting something fast! I also find dancing manically in between rounds helps. 

Food today: full egg omelette with ham and mozzarella for breakfast, coffee made with butter and coconut oil, chicken breast with pepper, carrots and spinach for lunch, banana, bolognese made with mushrooms, garlic and passata and sweet potato for dinner, some dark chocolate before training

I never thought I’d say that training helps to clear my head, but it really does. I feel so much better mentally afterwards. The only thing is it’s a really addictive feeling that I want to last, but unfortunately it wears off after a while. I suppose that means I’ll have to keep training!
