The above sums up today!
It’s not been the best day but I came home and did a few rounds of boxing, which definitely helped! I am suitably tired and less angry.
Food today: egg white omelette with ham and mozzarella cooked in coconut oil for breakfast, turkey steak with spinach and peppers for lunch, apple, chicken breasts with corn and small amount of sweet potato for dinner
I think after yesterday’s rather deep and possibly too honest post, I’ll keep today’s short and sweet.
Tomorrow is the start of a new month, the continuation of the new me and the hope for continued success.
