That has been one hell of a long week! Tomorrow is going to be just as manic, but in a good way.
I’m going to the gym at 8.30am tomorrow morning for a mental session with Chris before this fantastic seminar:
Food today: egg white omelette for breakfast, chicken and spinach for lunch, banana, home-made bolognese made with steak mince, mushrooms, garlic, onions and passata with sweet potato for dinner
It was so good to eat something completely different for dinner. It kind of felt like a treat!
I also had a small glass of Prosecco this evening, which is why this blog post is pretty poor. I apologise for the lack of decent content!
I’m looking forward to talking through some ideas for a new goal with Chris tomorrow as I would really like to make some decent progress before Christmas so that Santa brings me an amazing present! Watch this space…!
