Monday 19th August – roll on Friday!

It’s been that kind of day! 

I did my full circuit when I got in from work this evening. I’m struggling with the kettlebell swings though, bit of a niggle in my lower back. I think the weight is too heavy, so I’m going to speak to Chris about it. I’m determined to do the full circuit 3 times a week though! 

Food today: egg white omelette and small amount of greek yoghurt with blueberries for breakfast, apple, chicken salad for lunch, banana, chicken breast with sweet potato, corn, green beans and carrots for dinner, strawberries and grapes with greek yoghurt 

I’m hoping to get away next week for a few days. I think it’s definitely needed! A break from the negativity would be sooo good! But for now this will have to do:
