Food today: gluten free sausages with poached eggs for breakfast, fruit, roast chicken with sweet potato and broccoli for dinner, strawberries, blueberries and greek yoghurt
I’m still working on having greek yoghurt in the morning. I need to check with Chris whether it’s OK to have some fruit instead of seeds. I’m not a bird!
I bought some chocolate today for the first time in nearly 2 months. It felt weird! Fortunately it’s 70% cocoa, which is allowed before and after training, but I’m not going to have any until I’ve spoken to Chris. For now it’s in the fridge…!
