Crazy day today. I’m shattered!
I went to dinner with a group of PAs and it was lovely. I was very well behaved and just ate this:

Food today: poached eggs and bacon for breakfast, apple, chicken salad for lunch, steak and greens (above) for dinner, banana
It was definitely a good idea to keep busy as I’m too tired to worry about tomorrow. Well, not as much as usual…
Countdown to gym time – 11 hours!!
As Chris is a top trainer, he checked to see whether I’m OK about tomorrow. In a ridiculously weird way I’m kind of looking forward to it. Let’s see how I feel in 10 1/2 hours! WISH ME LUCK!!
