I can’t believe I’ve been writing this blog for a whole month. The time has flown by. I also can’t believe I’ve stuck to my new healthy eating plan for that long, with no cheating. Happy!
I feel much more in control of what I’m eating, which is great. I do still miss the carbs, especially the forbidden bread and biscuits! They’re so tempting, but not at all worth it.
I’m working too hard on reducing the size of my bum (amongst other areas!) to give in to temptation!
I actually resisted a room full of bread, cakes and other naughty food today, and it didn’t even bother me. There was a tasting event for a new hospitality menu at work. I had said I’d go before starting this and was going to try the gluten free sandwiches and cake. Instead I had a piece of watermelon! Talk about willpower!
