31 days of eating clean! Pretty good achievement I think. 

So the whole eating well and thinking positive is mainly going well, but there are certain times of the day I’m finding more difficult, particularly first thing in the morning. It might just be because I’m due a week off work and I’m tired more than anything too negative. So I just have to focus extra hard on the positives at the moment:

Food today: egg white omelette for breakfast, apple, chicken and feta salad for lunch, strawberries, banana, chicken stir fried with mushrooms, corn and sweet potato for dinner, black grapes with greek yoghurt and strawberries 

I’m starting to get impatient about starting the exercise. Who would have thought I’d say that?! Maybe that’s a really good sign that I’m slowly moving in the right direction!
