That’s the message for today!
Food today: egg white omelette for breakfast, apple, chicken salad for lunch, banana, pork chop with sweet potato and broccoli, pineapple, grapes, strawberries
It’s a short entry today as I don’t want to write anything negative. I’m working so hard on overcoming Clifford (the negative scaredy cat with 8 lives left), that I want to keep moving forwards, always forwards!
Fighting the fear is what I’m working on now:
I’m ready for the next phase of this new experience, which is the training. I’m kind of excited (but still a bit nervous) to see what’s involved, and what I can do. Also what I can aim for. I don’t start until next week, but in the meantime I’ve got my pilates to practice and exercises from the physio to try and sort my dodgy joints out!
