Woke up feeling much more positive today. I think my determination is slowly kicking in.
I forgot to write down what I ate yesterday:
same omelette for breakfast, apple, sausages, bacon and poached eggs for lunch (went out with work friends), banana, nuts, chicken stir fried with mushrooms, sugar snap peas, broccoli, baby corn and peppers
Food today:
same omelette for breakfast, apple, chicken and ham salad with feta for lunch, strawberries, steak with sweet potato, sugar snap peas and corn for dinner
So after my totally positive pep talk from Chris, I feel back on track to conquer the fear and smash the goals we’ve set.
