I’ve had a proper ‘can’t be bothered’ day today. I think I need a holiday!
I spoke to a few friends at work today about this blog and what I’m doing, and they were really supportive. My biggest challenge with the whole thing is my fear. Once that takes control everything seems almost impossible. It’s not the new eating plan that’s the problem, it’s the risk of failure.
Food today: egg white omelette with ham, sprinkle of cheese, ground cinnamon and black pepper for breakfast, apple, nuts, chicken and ham salad for lunch, banana, turkey with mushrooms, asparagus, spinach and sweet potato for dinner, watermelon
