I was more than ready to kill someone earlier today, thank you hormones, but have finally managed to return to some kind of ‘normal’ me.
My skin is a complete nightmare. I’ve broken out all over my chin. Thank god for dermalogica, tea tree oil and concealer!
Food today: egg white omelette with ham, cinnamon and black pepper for breakfast, apple, chicken salad with feta, nuts, banana and gluten free sausages with sweet potato and asparagus for dinner, followed with strawberries and pineapple.
I’ve just finished my first course of Pilates classes, which have really started to help my dodgy back. I’m going to carry on with them alongside the sessions with Chris and hopefully start to see a real improvement.
For now I’m really relaxed and hoping for a full night’s sleep!
