Wednesday 3rd July

Extra supplement added today, a magnesium powder mixture to help me sleep as I told Chris I was having trouble sleeping. Instant answer as always. He’s a star, but don’t tell him I said that! 

Food today: same breakfast, tuna & hardboiled eggs with salad for lunch and chicken, broccoli and corn on the cob for tea. Same snacks. 

I told Chris I’d bought a smoothie maker so
 he sent me through a recipe, which I’m looking forward to trying. 

I feel like I’m doing OK on this new eating plan considering the massive reduction of food. I’m pretty stubborn though and fed up of never cracking the weight loss properly, so am determined to make it work.

Supplements due tomorrow and then I can really get going with the transformation!
