Slept so badly last night. Went to sleep at 11pm then woke up at 2am, 4am, 6am, then the alarm went off at 8.30am. Shattered! I woke up so hungry and the whole day has been a struggle. Constantly hungry 😦
Before I started this, weekends were all about a big breakfast and big dinner followed by a treat. I knew it was always too much but it’s really obvious now. Craving bread so badly!

Struggling tonight with the lack of carbs/sugar. Feeling cranky and tired and a bit like crying! Had to result to eating slices of ham and drinking sleepy tea to take the edge off. Thinking about breakfast already too so going to bed!
